  • I need testing services, how do I use Test Common?

    Test Common provides a place for software organizations to post permanent jobs that will be viewed by 100's of Test and QA professionals from around the world. Test Common also provides a platform to engage testers in an on-demand or as-needed fashion.   • Once I have submitted my project, what happens next?

    Once a testing project is submitted, the company's Test Manager works with you to help select testers based on a "Tester Profile" which includes the following characteristics:

    • - Testing Environment: Windows, Vista, XP, Mac, Linux, etc.
    • - Browser Environment: IE, Firefox, Mozilla, Chrome, etc.
    • - Testing Experience: From Novice to Highly Skilled
    • - Vertical Testing Experience: Media, E-Comm, Telco, Financial Services, etc.
    • - Geographic Location: US, Europe, India, China
    • - Language Knowledge: English, Spanish, Chinese, German, Hindi etc.
    • - Other Considerations: Internet Connectivity, Firewall, clean environments etc.

  • Will I need to change my current testing methodology?

    No! We exist to make your life easier. Test Common works with your existing testing services without changing your testing methodology.

  • How much will it cost?

    Part of our mission is to deliver testing services better, faster and cheaper. We will work with you to help set a budget that fits your project needs.

  • What is Test Common?

  • How do I find where I belong in Test Common?

    Test Common is made up of many groups, each based around a testing discipline, geographic region, or product. Join the groups that reflect your interests.   • What are Tags? How are they used on Test Common?

    A tag is a keyword or term used to categorize information. Tags in Test Common are chosen informally by the author or the person posting content at the time of its creation. Only the author can change tags, but tags are hyperlinked so the reader can access all other content with the same tag.
